Chelsey and Asa spent some time with me in historic, downtown Savannah recently. They are so sweet together! A match for sure! I couldn’t get enough of Asa picking on Chelsey though I truly think we were both getting on her nerves. But, Chelsey – you are so beautiful when he’s picking on you! What a joyful life you guys will make together! 🙂 I hope you enjoy these!
What a beautiful day for such a beautiful bride and groom. I knew I was going to enjoy working with Paige and Ben when I asked them if they’d be interested in floating down the river for their engagement photos and they said yes! They are so fun-loving and truly some of my favorite people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I absolutely love all the details that Paige made sure to include in her and Ben’s big day. I hope you guys love these as much as I have enjoyed making them for you!
I met Traci a while back at a networking event leading up to a bridal show we were both to attend in February. She is the director at the BRAND NEW wedding venue in Brooklet, Georgia called Snellings Manor. The venue is a gorgeous, red brick plantation-style home surrounded by a white picket fence with mature trees lining the driveway. After speaking to Traci again at the bridal show, we made the decision to host a styled session there on April 1st.
We partnered with several vendors that made the day so much more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. If you are EVER in need of a venue, hair stylist, makeup artist or florist you HAVE to check these vendors out!

Thank you to Adam and Catherine Groover as well as Amanda Lawler and Zac Ecv Moore for taking the time to model for us! You guys were so fun!

Austin reached out to me a couple weeks ago because he was planning to propose to Agnes at Sweetheart Circle on Georgia Southern University’s campus. We met up this past week and he was grinning from ear to ear. I had only met him and had not even met Agnes but was so excited for both of them just because of the excitement I could see on Austin’s face!
Since they both live in Savannah, Austin told Agnes that he wanted to take her to a Georgia Southern Baseball game on Sunday afternoon. Before the game he took her for a walk around campus and ended at Sweetheart Circle where we had placed a brand new baseball with the question “Marry me?” penned on the underside of the ball. When they walked up the path on Sweetheart Circle he pointed out the baseball on the side, walked over to it, got on one knee and gave it to her. She was SO surprised. It was truly a sweet moment for the two of them and we got the whole process on camera! Take a look at their sweet engagement:
Myra and Thomas were married on a brisk but beautiful Fall day! There were so sweet and so fun all day long. Myra could not have been a more down-to-earth bride. As soon as Thomas came on the scene, he was making people laugh. If he keeps that up, Myra is in for a lifetime of laughter and adventure! Enjoy the preview guys!
Savannah Ellison (now Abney) and her family have been an instrumental part of my life individually and my marriage. Her daddy was the pastor that married my husband and I and my parents were influential in the early years of their marriage. To say that this couple has generations worth of Godly heritage would be an understatement. While I’ve known Savannah for much longer, it’s quite obvious in a very short amount of time just how equally matched Savannah and Caleb are. If the couple themselves are not evidence enough of God’s grace and work in the lives of believers, their bridal party, family, and even guests would second and third that point. I am so incredibly blessed to have been a small part of this incredibly special day. Savannah and Caleb, I pray that you guys experience blessing upon blessing and that you will learn to love and care for one another more and more every day. Love you guys!
I met Mary and Andrew at Forsyth Park in Savannah, Ga last Saturday. It could NOT have been a more beautiful day! Finally some crispness in the air (after highs in the 80s…ugh…it’s December) and the bright blue skies made for a perfect backdrop – as if Savannah needed any help in that area! We enjoyed the crisp, cool weather. The next time we are in Savannah together it will be much warmer!
This was just a family wedding for me! I loved getting to be such a special part of these two families becoming one. I have known Andrew and Brittany’s families for a little while now and have grown to love them so much! Andrew and Brittany are a sweet extension of that. Brittany was so laid back as was Andrew and they truly make a super sweet couple. I cannot wait to see what the Lord does with you two! Congratulations and I hope you love the photos as much as I do!
